Rosemary is a senior executive with substantial experience gained predominantly in the government, health, and community sectors. Her strengths include procurement, commercial management, general management, development and implementation of key organisational governance and strategic initiatives to drive organisational change.
Throughout her career, including her extensive public sector career, she has been responsible and managed a range of managed a range of contract and commercial arrangements. She offers a demonstrated record of achievement in successful delivery of commercial arrangements which has been recognised in her appointment to a number of key roles including the ACT Government Procurement Board.
As a strategic leader, she possesses significant experience providing executive leadership with respect to procurement and major contract management for ACT Health. Rosemary has a reputation for successfully implementing policies and strategies in complex organisations, leading improved team capability and improving performance, whilst operating with integrity, transparency, and reliability.
With a career spanning some thirty years, Rosemary offers some 15 years’ experience at executive director level within public sector in both health and municipal services, with a strong record of delivering for government, including major capital programmes and projects. She offers high-level communication, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning capabilities.
