  • Reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of the governance framework and processes of Commonwealth agencies, corporations and not-for-profit entities.
  • Developing governance assessment tools to identify and manage governance risks for funded organisations.
  • Developing better practice governance frameworks for Commonwealth agencies, corporations and not-for-profit entities.
  • Training program development and delivery.
