- Developing better practice governance models which take account of performance and conformance elements and the hard (policies, procedures, structures, processes, etc.) and soft (behavioural dimensions, management and staff behaviours, leadership, skills and experience, etc.) factors associated with good governance.
- Reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of the governance framework and processes of Commonwealth agencies, corporations and not-for-profit entities.
- Developing governance assessment tools to identify and manage governance risks for funded organisations.
- Developing better practice governance frameworks for Commonwealth agencies, corporations and not-for-profit entities.
- Training program development and delivery.
